Our efficient paper stencil systems allow you to direct print numbers quickly and easiely. Print numbers without investing in expensive numbering equipment. These inexpensive paper stencils adhere to the screen on the printing stroke and are thrown away after printing the number. The next outline or block paper stencil is then adhered to the screen in the same fashion with no adjustment or clean up of the screen. Outline stencils can be used with the standard or full block stencil to achieve a two color, outlined number. And So Much More

SCREEN PREPARATION:

Use a 60-110 Monofilament Polyester fabric.
Block out the screen so that an opening
remains in the center of the screen as follows.

For 2" numbers, 4"h x 4"w opening

For 4" numbers, 6 1/2"h x 7 1/2"w opening

For 6" numbers, 8 1/2"h x 9 1/2"w opening

For 8" numbers, 10 1/2"h x 11"w

For 10" numbers, 12 1/2"h X 13 1/2"w opening

For 12" numbers, 13"h X 15 1/2"w opening

For single digit numbers use 3" wide paper strips
to block out any opening surrounding the stencil.
